hello…thinking of you…bon voyage…?

Hello from the Make Shoppe! Tutu needs your help! What type of occasion or event should this card be for? Hello, Get Well,  Bon Voyage, With Sympathy, House Warming, Thinking of you or maybe any of the above?  This card idea is so simple and can easily be used for any occasion. I always make more than one just to keep on hand. Let’s get started…

What you’ll need:
~ Tree Punches
~ Ink Colors
~Scrap Paper
~Card Stock as your card base
~Craft or Cosmetic Sponges

Let’s practice…

Materials

Using scrap paper, punch out the tree shapes

Use the punched page as your stencil

Use the sponge to absorb the ink and blot over the stencil

Repeat with differently colored inks

Experiment with stamp placement

Now that you’re comfortable try this on a real piece of card stock and create your card!

From me to you…

The Paw Print Pussycat

Well crafters, whenever there is a project goof you just might be able to turn it into something wonderful.
Meet Heloise; I’ve nicknamed her “the card making cat.”

I’m innocent…

Today in the Make Shoppe she decided to play “step in the ink,” and then walked all over my card stock papers.  How did she know she was creating something so beautiful?
I realized I could make a greeting card out of this, and then I imagined what a cute Father’s Day card it could be!

To the Greatest “PAW” in the World…

From me (and Heloise) to you…

Cork Stationary

Cork Stationary

Look how easy it is to design your own stationary or greeting cards with just a few items! Today I gathered some card stock, envelopes, ink and few old corks to make my own personalized stationary in just minutes! Take the cork, dab it in the ink, press firmly on your paper and lift gently. A computer and printer may be helpful for printwork or you could use letter stamps.
This is a wonderful project for crafters, kids and the whole family!

From me to you…
